RETURNS POLICY

We have a 30-day Return Policy, whereby you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR PURCHASE BACK WITHOUT PRIOR ENQUIRY!

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. You must securely seal the item in its packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us through the ‘Contact’ section on the website, alternatively you can email us at sheldonlobo@lobowolf.co.uk. Please reference your email as ‘Return’.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that unless your item is faulty through no fault of your own, or the wrong item was sent, the return is at the buyers expense. You will therefore be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
Generally we only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to start an exchange, you can contact us through the ‘Contact’ section on the website, alternatively you can email us at sheldonlobo@lobowolf.co.uk. Please reference your email ‘Exchange’.

Please note that exchanges are subject to our stock availability. The fastest way to ensure you get an item may be to return the current item you have, and then make a separate purchase for the new item.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
